Alcove Gallery Exhibition Opening Reception
Let Go is a group exhibition bringing together the work of painters Benjamin Herbert, Kathleen Gerdon Archer, and Janice Colby in an exploration of discovery, transformation, intuition, and experimentation.
Kathleen Gerdon Archer is an artist here at The Bower whose work explores color, gesture, and emotional landscape through layered compositions that reflect her continued interest in the natural world and what is left behind. Incorporating hidden birds in movement and migration, her paintings evoke memory, transition, and quiet connection, balancing sensitivity, motion, and reflection through an intuitive process.
